Questions, answered
How do I install the APK?
Tap "Download HDPay", open the downloaded hdpay.apk, and if Android asks, allow your browser to "Install unknown apps" (Settings → Apps → your browser → Install unknown apps). Then tap Install.
How do I add money to my HDPay Wallet?
Open Wallet → Add Money. Pay to the bank account or UPI ID shown, then submit the amount, UTR/reference number and a screenshot of the payment. Our team verifies it and credits your wallet.
What happens if a recharge fails?
Failed recharges are refunded to your HDPay Wallet automatically. If a recharge shows "Pending", the operator is still confirming it, and the status updates on its own.
Is my money safe?
Your wallet balance and every transaction are recorded on our secure servers, and every credit and debit appears in your wallet history.
