This Privacy Policy explains how HDPay ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the HDPay mobile application and the website hdpay.site (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, mobile number, email address (optional) and an encrypted (hashed) password.
  • Transaction details: recharge and bill numbers you enter, operator, amount, status and timestamps.
  • Wallet top-up details: amount, payment mode, UTR/reference number, remarks and the payment screenshot you upload.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and app version information and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
  • To process recharges and bill payments through our licensed service partners.
  • To verify wallet top-ups and maintain an accurate wallet ledger.
  • To provide customer support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share only what is needed to complete a transaction (for example the number, operator and amount) with our recharge and bill payment service providers. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our users and the Service.

4. Photos and files

The app asks for access to a photo only when you choose to upload a payment screenshot. Only the image you pick is uploaded. We do not access your contacts or other files.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable laws for financial records. You can ask us to delete your account. Records we are legally required to keep will be retained for the required period.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Access to administrative systems is restricted.

7. Your choices

You can view and update your profile in the app. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, contact us at support@hdpay.site.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
